This page explains how to delete demo data from your browser and how to submit a request to delete information that may be stored on the Pulse AI server side.
Demo CRM and ERP data
Demo data is stored in the browser’s localStorage and is not cleared automatically when the page is opened. The demo code does not send it to the Pulse AI server.
- 1Open the relevant CRM or ERP demo.
- 2Use the reset command provided in the demo and confirm the action.
- 3Alternatively, delete the site data for pulseai-kg.com in your browser settings. This may remove settings and demo records for this site.
Request to delete server-side data
Email info@pulseai-kg.com with the subject “Personal data deletion”. Specify the contact you used to interact with Pulse AI, what information should be located and deleted, and your preferred way to receive a response.
We will acknowledge receipt of the request and, if necessary, ask for information to verify the identity or authority of the requester. After verification, we will delete the data that can be deleted, taking into account the purpose of processing, contractual relationships and mandatory retention requirements.
External services
If information was provided via email, WhatsApp, Telegram or another external service, deleting data within that service may require a separate request to its operator or using the settings of the relevant account.
