These Terms govern the use of the public Pulse AI website and the demo materials posted on it. The terms of a specific project are set out in a separate contract, statement of work or other agreed document.
1. About the website
Pulse AI is a brand of Nur Era LLC. The website provides information about services for business process automation, AI agents, CRM, ERP and AI call centers. Information on the website is provided for informational purposes only and does not in itself constitute a public offer.
2. Demo CRM and ERP
The demo sections are intended to showcase the interface’s capabilities. Users may create and edit demo records. This data is stored in the current browser’s localStorage and is not cleared automatically when the page is opened. It can be deleted using the dedicated reset within the demo or by clearing site data in the browser settings.
Do not enter real personal data, trade secrets or other confidential information into the demos. The demos do not replace a production accounting system and are not intended for making legally or financially significant decisions.
3. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to disrupt the website, circumvent access restrictions, attempt to access other people’s data, distribute malicious code or use website materials in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
4. Contacting Pulse AI
The public website does not contain a data submission form. Links to email, phone numbers, WhatsApp and Telegram open the communication channel chosen by the user. The operation of such channels is governed by the terms of the respective apps and operators.
5. AI and automation results
Examples on the website show possible scenarios. Specific functionality, data sources, limitations and oversight procedures are defined separately for each project. AI output requires human review where an error could affect rights, safety, finances or other significant decisions.
6. Availability and third-party services
The website’s operation may depend on hosting, the network, the browser and third-party services. Pulse AI does not promise uninterrupted availability of all features and is not responsible for changes or restrictions imposed by independent platforms.
7. Intellectual property
The website materials, design and the Pulse AI brand belong to their respective rights holders. Terms of use for deliverables created under a separate project are set out in the documents for that project.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable rules, Nur Era LLC is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of demo materials or without verifying the information.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the website changes. The new version takes effect on the date shown at the top of the page.
