This Policy describes the information that Nur Era LLC, operating under the Pulse AI brand, processes when the website and its demo sections are used.
1. Who processes the data
The responsible organization is Nur Era LLC, Pulse AI brand, Kyrgyz Republic. Questions about data processing may be sent to info@pulseai-kg.com.
2. What data is processed on the website
- Technical information. When pages are opened, the server and hosting infrastructure may receive the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page URL, and browser and device information. This is required to deliver the website, for diagnostics and for security.
- Inquiries. The public website has no data submission form. When the user chooses email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, they go to an email app, phone or external service on their own and provide information through the selected channel.
- Demo CRM and ERP. Data entered in the demos is stored in the current browser’s localStorage. The demo code does not send it to the Pulse AI server. It remains on the device until the demo is manually reset or the site data is cleared in the browser.
- Administrative section. When the secure admin panel is used, administrator account data, a secure cookie session and editable website content are processed. This information is stored on the server side and in the connected database.
3. How the data is used
Technical information is used to display and protect the website, fix errors and keep it operational. Inquiry data is used to respond to the user and discuss the requested services. Administrative data is required for secure management of the website.
4. Third-party services
The website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure and loads Google Fonts. These services may receive technical information about the request in accordance with their own terms. Links to WhatsApp and Telegram are not an API connected to the website: data is transferred to these platforms only after the user follows the relevant link.
As of the date of this version, public pages do not load a separate web analytics script. Pulse AI does not sell personal data.
5. Retention and protection
The retention period depends on the type of data and the purpose of processing. Demo data is stored in the browser until the user deletes it. Retention periods for technical logs depend on the hosting infrastructure settings. Server-side data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the relevant feature, fulfill agreements and ensure security.
Pulse AI applies reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no method of storing or transmitting data can guarantee absolute security.
6. User rights
Users may request information about their data, its correction or deletion. The request procedure is described on the page “Personal data deletion”. A response may require verification that allows us to locate the data and confirm that the request relates to the requester.
7. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when the website or data processing methods change. The current version date is shown at the top of the page.
